| spring to mind; much as we care for our YFs, usually so do the parents, and 'telling them' how to bring up their son is a good way to ensure that you are no longer welcome in his life - which is not a good achievement. Questions like - 'do you think it's alright the amount of time he's spending on the computer' and 'how can I help you to get this under control' if they admit they are struggling, are likely to get a far more positive response! |
