Elekid's making a fight of it

SO Here I am, doing exactly what his father wants, avoiding him at all costs, but Elekid, seems to think that the conditions do not apply to him. But, I have witnesses & many friends supporting me here at work, as this post will show. Saturday: Phonecall from Brock "Can I meet you?" - "Not really, you know what's happened" - Pichu comes on the line "Hi Halo, I'm really sorry about whats happened, I don't know what Elekid's doing, can you meet us in town, or if you want just Brock". I replied that I will try my best, but I couldn't promise anything. I was in L's house at the time, discussing things, he's fully aware of the story & BL sympathetic. He suggested that it would be a really bad idea to see them. We soon went to lunch. Elekid was there, he didn't take his eyes off me the whole time. We sat well away from him. Still he continued his evil eyes glaze. L said "Don't look at him." Soon Elekid moved tables, to one opposite us. Continued his staring. Then HE joined us at our table. "Are you coming snooker today Halo?" - "No, I'm not!" - "Why?" - L stepped in & took over. "I thought you weren't allowed to speak to Halo." - He replied "I don't care what my Dad says, I need to ask him for his surname, address & phone number" - L: "You don't need that" - Reply: "Yes I do the police want it." A mini argument broke out, L made it clear to him that he knew the whole story & informed Elekid that he knew the acts were consentual. Elekid reacted angrily "Did he also tell you that he tried to strangle me!" (post from few weeks back - Breaking Point). He then tried his threats on L who was clearly unimpressed. L: "Go on then hit me" - El: "I can't your a Sv". Laughter. By chance, Pichu rode in looking for Elekid "Halo, I'm really sorry about what happened, I just got in from college & I heard them talking about it." - I replied that I couldn't really talk to him, in case we were seen. As we walked on I spotted Elekid & told Pichu to walk on alone. I wasn't seen. (Pichu is on my side I think, but I will still keep my distance.) L: "Why do you keep harrasing Halo? Do you know you can be done for extorsion & possibly loose your job if you continue." - El: "You can't do anything." - L: "Believe me Sv's talk between departments". He kept quiet for a while. W joined us with her friend. She started a conversation on a different subject, mentioned L & Elekid got up & left. He's lost this battle badly. W was sympathetic, she'd been through many messy break-ups herself & offered a word of advise to report he matter to the head of my department & Elekid's father to say that El was not keeping to the terms of the agreement. (I'd also meanwhile texed Brock to say that I wasn't going to meet them, as I'd be followed & that Elekid was breaking the rules.) There was no reply. Later in the day. Another chance meeting at distance. Elekid: "Your soccor team are 2-0 up. Can I have a word with you?" - Reply: "No sorry, I'm not allowed to." - Elekid bluffing: "Oh btw, the police have your number". He walked off to snooker, defeated again. I spoke to one of L's work mates a former cop, he also offered some words of advise & sympathy on the situation. W then called me into the back office. She said that the head of my dept was now aware of the situation & will back me up 100% if anything happens. But he can't act until Elekid's father takes any action (if at all). I am to continue to serve him as a normal customer, if he comes to my pay-point. Just one incident in the evening. He came into the shop "I've got a ticket to the show" he proudly showed me as if nothing was wrong. Quick thinkingly P hinted for me to go into the store room until he left. My Sv went out & watched El until he left. I don't think I've mentioned it before, but this all stems out from last Monday, I left him to join L, so this is his way of getting back at me. It backfired & he's trying to carry on as if nothing has happened. But things can never be the same again. I must have no further contact with him EVER. Halo |
