Eddie Izzard is a comedian from England. He is also an "Executive Transvestite" hehe. He had a HBO special recently, in which one of his bits was "Welcome to the Church of England, Cake or Death?" In the bit he poked fun saying that while the Catholic church had the Spanish Inquisition where people were told to convert or die, the CoE would have gone more along the lines of "Tea and Cake or Death". It was so popular, he named his site after it. Linked below. He also did some other funny caricatures of the Anglican. Comparing to Catholicism where one walks in and says "Forgive me father for I have sinned." and the father gives him some hail Mary's to say, and CoE where one walks in and says "Forgive me Victor for I have sinned" and Victor replies "Well, so have I Igor. Drink two Bloody Marys and you will forget about it." It's one of those, you have to see it for yourself to see how funny it is. Eddie is hilarious.
