Would you be so kind as to show me where any poster here has ever said such things?

Does this fit your criteria?

What makes your method of madness any different than what the serpent did in The Garden? For some reason I think you'd take that as a compliment.

...::sigh:: Hate to mention such, but you asked; on the bright side, there is truly some beautiful discussion throughout the thread...

A homosexual is no more wicked or vile than I. No one here is trying to condemn homosexuals. We all sin.

Hey... you're doin' pretty good at your theological foundations, here, by my reading... where does this lead? :)

The difference, I am willing to ADMIT to my sin. I do not try to justify it.

Well, you admit that which you view as sin, quite likely. I could probably bring up other verses whose violation you consider to be quite holy.

As to difference you mention, by all your assertions, I do not seek to 'justify' a single sin of mine when I turn to the word of God.

I do not. God does not MAKE us homosexual or BLs. Our humanity does. Our faults do. An active homosexual is not living according to God's plan.

::sigh:: Just for my own amusement -

God does not MAKE us lactose intolerant. Our humanity does. Our faults do. One who does not drink milk is not living according to God's plan.

...and indeed, to live according to your plan for me would induce physical nausea.

Nonetheless - I am dearly curious. How is it that humanity creates homosexuality - and, more importantly, how exactly can one's humanity overpower the heterosexuality which you insist that God ordained unto us all?

What does this mean? That if I were in such a relationship, I would realize that it is more joyous than a relationship with God Himself? Yikes.... I would watch my words....

Perhaps you should; as has become common, they are yours alone.

If you were in a relationship which was precipitated unto God's purpouse, betwixt yourself, said person, and God, you would recognize that it is more joyous than spitting upon the purpouse God decreed unto such, in its instance, and continuing said relationship with God, to whatever degree you can manage, without said person.

God's gifts impart His lessons joyously, and are far more blessed than stones.
