Hi, and welcome to CBF. I can remember being facinated with my cousins feet when he was about 12 or so, so I guess you are not alone. I don't feel qualified to say whether being attracted to feet is a sin for you, but since you say that it is an obsession, I can see how it could get in the way of a closer relationship with God.
