Hi Drifter, It's amazing what one will do when one is attracted to beautiful boys, fairly lonely, fairly resourceful, and fairly drunk. That is also true of all the Gay magazenes I purchased over the years I was drinking. I would get pretty loaded and then march right on down to the local corner store, liquor store which also sold magazenes, or book store, and just grab the books I wanted, hand them over to whoever was working behind the counter like it wasn't anything to even think twice about, pay for them and leave. Nothing to it! Of course it helped living in a decent size city where one could actually see almost anything, if given enough time. There is a pretty large gay community where I used to live as well. Oh God, I would never even think to try that kind of thing now. First of all I am so grateful to be an alcoholic in recovery. That and I live in a small, mostly red-neck kind of town now. (Although they are beginning to get some class here. I will be playing jazz and blues in a new coffee house that is going to open this up-and-coming monday. It's going to be so cool!) Of course, I love beautiful boys, but I have also been growing in my walk with God, and I just do not feel such a strong need for magazenes. I absolutely have no need or wish to be involved with anything remotely pornographic either. I believe I am over the fanzene phase of my life, as well as the porno. It was fun, but there are better things to do now, like write in here and correspond with my friends. The porno was actually NOT much fun, it was awfull.
