Hi Paul, I went through that with my YF as well, believe me, it is a phase that must run it's course, but it will probably pass in time. I am guessing the boy's age at around 14 to 16 or so. It is a time when boys naturally feel a growing need to get out on thier own a little more and discover the world around them.
