I'm sooo sorry - for both you and Maverik. But most of all, I'm sorry that the boys were taken from you wonderful people. I will pray for you guys (more so for the boys, of course). Sorry about your broken wing, dude. However, the hurt deep inside is far worse than the pain of something that will soon mend. Just don't let the scar tissue grow too thick around your big heart. Other boys will need your love and caring. Perhaps the woman is afraid that you'll do a better job than her - you know how selfish some people are ("If I can't do it, then no one can!"). *sigh* Why does it have to be the children that suffer for the parent's mistakes? Oh well, at least one good thing came of this, JR, Maverick: The boys know that there is a safe haven for them to come to if they ever have to run again. They will remember you, and know that you will always be there for them. That is a powereful support even on its own. Their bodies may be with their mom, but they left their hearts with you.
