Greetings Peoples, I'm unsure as to whether this should be in the prayer room or here. This place seems less like a graveyard. Yesterday (the day before yesterday, for some of you, and tomorrow for others), I was given some disturbing news. One of the boys I only get to see evey two months or so, is being influenced by his mother's misguidence. *voice shouts from the back, "What are you on about?"* Okay, firstly, the boy is seven years old. He lives alone with his mom. His father divorced her three years ago because he belived he'd turned gay. They used to belong to a church, but the church was totally aginst his alignment and gav him the option of "change, or leave", so he left. The boy's mother is very angry with the church and with the bible, as it opposes homosexuality. She believes that God was wrong to do something like that to them, and so is no longer a Christian. However, and this is the even worse part, she and the boy still pray. Now, this is not a prayer to God that they pray. She makes him sit down, and cross his legs, back straight. Then imagine warm honey dripping over them, and calming sounds in a forest. Then they pray to their angels, which the mother believes is the real force in their lives, and the only one who really cares. They both claim that their angels talk to them regularly. Please pray for this mother to get her act together, and pull her head out of spiritualism and this "New age" rubbish. I don't care for the mother, but I care for the boy. However, his mother is the dominant influence in his life, so pray for her to teach him right. His name is Denver. Earth! Always, Brother Paul. |
