Let's Get Back To Basics...

Hi Everyone, Last night I did some real soul-searching, and I began to dig into the Word for guidance. I read this in Philippians: "In everything you do, stay away from complaining and arguing, so that no one can speak a word of blame against you. You are to live clean, innocent lives as children of God in a dark world full of crooked and perverse people. Let your lives shine brightly before them." (Philippians 2:14-15) In the past few days I have done something that is oh so easy to do, and oh so horrible in it's consequences. I have let some things going on in this forum get to me to the point that I am argumentative and increasingly angry with those whom I should not be. And now I see what the evil one is doing (or trying to do) in here very clearly, I think. Brothers, let us trully focus on the REAL enemy here, because he cannot have his way in our lives unless we let him. The problem does not lie in whether or not someone comes in here and is either truthful or full of hot air. And it does not lie in whether or not we believe him. The REAL problem is whether or not we let anything like that come between us as brothers in Christ. THAT is what our advisary is always trying to do, isn't it? He just loves to try to drive a wedge in between brothers. And he is just brilliant at it. Our Forum is an open forum....open to anyone who see's something in here that might help them in the areas of sexuality and faith. We usually deal with issues surrounding our particular are of sexuality, which is adults who are attracted to same-sex minors, or as we say...Boylovers. But we are, or should be, Christians FIRST....at least I hope so. That is precisely why we catch SO MUCH crap from all sides, and exactly why satan tries so very hard to stop us; and he uses everything at his disposal to do it. Therefor I would like to send out a "call for peace" on ALL sides of literally ANY issue that might serve the devil in his quest. Let us find ways to put it back in HIS face, instead of always getting it smashed into our own. We CAN fight him, but we need to recognise his handywork and learn to fight him in the right way.....with Christ's Love for all who come here, with open arms to the people whom the world drives away and the Church has no time for...
