Now, as for the NAMBLA pamphlet I reported as titled RAPE AND ESCAPE, I did some research on this after being informed by observant posters that this is not the real title of the material in question. I apologize for the error and thank those who brought this to my attention. However, I'm satisfied that the content of this pamphet amounts to this: a survival handbook for men having sexual relations with boys [statutory rape by our laws] and what they can do in their defence should they get caught. This constitutes criminal conspiracy and supports as evidence an Ohio Court of Appeals ruling that NAMBLA material in possession of a child rapist on trial "showed preperation and purpose" in the rape. I appreciate your willingness to take correction and offer apologies where appropriate; if I may gently encourage you to do some further research regarding the pamphlet in question you’ll find that NAMBLA never even published it. The actual title of the pamphlet was The Survival Manual: The Man’s Guide to Staying Safe in Man/Boy Sexual Relationships. It was found in the home of Charles Jaynes along with NAMBLA bulletins but itself was never published by NAMBLA, and they (NAMBLA) became guilty simply by association. I apologize for my previous angry and condescending behavior. While you clearly began your posting on this board in a hurtful and antagonistic manner, it was not right for me to respond in kind. Notwithstanding, my points, rejoinders and questions remain and I would still appreciate your responses to them providing they remain courteous.
