I feel that we are best off, as Christians, clinging on to '1st amendment' rights and accepting that means that NAMBLA and racists are free to spout, and non kiddy porn pornographers to publish. The counter argument to this lies in the expectation that God's judgement will fall on countries which allow this sort of thing.
