Greetings Jr, I'm glad that the cast is off. My friend, who I used to go to gym with, once broke his arm really badly and had it in a cast for so long that it actually was "odd" to see him without it when it finally came off. The other thing was that still did weights with his good arm while the other was sitting in the cast, doing nothing. So when his cast came off his broken arm looked like a broomstick compared to his arm that he exercised. Anyway, we still laugh about it, but it was painful for him as well. Just keep ice on it... er... I mean, keep it near a heater or in a jumper - close to your chst or stomach where it is warm. You'll fly again, Jr. And your broken wing will be the stronger of the two.
