My sympathy is for his fall from grace, not for the weight of the sentence he got. Perhaps you might want to try out empathy as opposed to mere sympathy, maybe then you will see his sentence in a completely different light. Snooks got what he deserved… I do not feel sorry for the penalty he will have to face for what he did. Blessed are the merciful, for they will be shown mercy. In the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you. Remember that… Your vengeful ‘he got what he deserved’ brand of Christianity is ‘good news’ to no one. It misses the boat entirely...
