"On Wednesday, March 12 & Thursday March 13, 2003. UK TV will be screening a disturbing two-part drama, which explores the harrowing subject of child abuse, as seen through the eyes of a Police detective, who re-examines the unsolved case of a missing 11yo boy." "As part of the investigation the detective & his assistant uncover a network of deep-rooted sexual abuse in the community the guy is forced to confront uncomfortable home truths." "In order to make some headway in the case, the detective has to win the trust of a 12yo boy (played by Harry Eden) who's in care." The program will screen at 9pm (UK time) on BBC2 & the 2nd part airing the next day (hopefully soccor will not reschedule this showing). I urge everyone who can to watch this program, but I can only guess that some scenes may be upsetting to people. Comments welcome! Halo |
