Dear TF. Regarding your question, since July 1996 I have been serving three churches as part of a pastoral charge. My salary and benefits are shared by the three churches as follows: Church A 40%, Church B 30%, Church C 30%. I am pleased that you still have a vision of God in all this. Two things have really helped me in ministry -- a sense of humor, and an understanding of how sinful humanity really is! Keep the faith brother! Saint |
