As I understand it, the exact meaning of this passage (which doesn't explicitly say that sex was involved) is disputed by scholars; in any case, it's not clear which of the three acts are being condemned by the passage. After all, one could have a passage that condemned adultery without thereby condemning all heterosexual acts. I'd be very interested in a Bible study on the question of what verses might pertain to adult-child sex - I know that F.O.D. is interested in this topic as well. Heather |
