is the way that i see it. to me, it is the same as differentiating (sp.) between hetero- temple prostitutes, and sleeping with a woman. one is based on the worship of something other than god, the other is based on (imho) love for and respect of the other person. i cannot believe that god would condemn people for acting out love for another, be it male-male or male-female or female-female. He sees what is in the heart, not just the outward actions. i actually need no arguments or logical reasoning for my theories and beliefs- for me it is enough to believe in that kind of a god. (isn't that a frustrating thing to hear in a debate??????!!!!!) just think, when we get to heaven, He will be waiting up at the gates, arms open wide, to take us home, to share His love with us when we will finally be able to truly conmprehend it........i can't wait!!!!!!!!! scott |
