I was only joking ;) (almost) About reading the signs, I always think of Jesus' words: "You will hear of wars and rumours of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come." Matt 24:6 Still, right you are, of course, Chris. "If God is for us, who can be against us." As for our job now!... "And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come." v8 I always see our fundamental job - why we're still here on earth and not yet in heaven - is to be "missionaries" ie to call everyone we know and everyone we can that Christ has opened the way to God, so they can join in too. Anyway, scott's place in the woods sounds nice all the same. Shall we bring our YFs and camp out?... :) F.O.D. |
