News From Nash

Hi Everybody, As some of you may know, Nash has lost the use of his phone because of financial reasons. Andy and I have been keeping in touch with him by "snail-mail" (I just hate snail mail but I guess it will have to do). I just go a letter back from him yesterday and I thought I had better let everyone know how he is doing. Nash has been laid off from his factory job but the Lord has provided him with a new job, in only two days! He is working on a dairy farm now. It may not sound too great but he says it's ok work and is paying his bills, slowly but surely. He is still feeling pretty lonely (he says he misses all of us) however he is still going to church and Bible study and the church alcohol classes. He is making it one day at a time and sounds optimistic but I know he wishes he could be on-line right now. I'm sure he would want me to say "Hi" to everyone here. And I, myself, would like to thank each and every one of you for him for your prayers. I know that they are making a HUGE difference in his life right now so let's keep going. That's all I've got for everyone right now but I will keep you posted! Your Brother in Jesus Christ, Chris P.S. Hey, FOD, Nash would like to know if you would like to write him sometime. If so, just say the word and I can e-mail you his home address. He said it would be ok but it would mean you finding out his real name and address, and vice-verse. Anyway, I know he feels very close to you and would apreciate a lette from you...it's up to you but I'm sure it will be ok with him either way. |
