thanks for the enthusiasm. first, do you have an IRC software-client-thingy yet? if not, you need to get one, either at www.pirch.com (gotta pay for this one) or www.mirc.com (shareware, download free, if you like it and keep it, then pay for it) if you already got it, jump on. i will email you the address, and anyone else here that wants it too. i will hold off on posting it here, until people decide that they want a public room. (better to err on the side of safety than rashness...) once you have either Mirc or pirch, all you do is start up your isp, and start the software. it will automatically pull up a license screen, which you close, and then pull up a list of servers. pick one of the right ones, and then connect, and then type the name of the room. might be kind of lonely for a while, tho, till people show up. see ya there, maybe, scott |
