Andy: You are correct to note that religion is not the same thing as a person being a follower of Jesus (Christian, saved, etc.) You are also correct to state that there are many religions and many things to be religious about. Do you also mean that those religions are valid or truthfull or have merit in them? I am not confused as to sin and temptation. I just want to point out that there is no Scriptural teaching that you can find that will allow a boylover to have the smallest comfort in his relationship with God. In every occaision in the Bible where sinners are converted they stop sinning. They refer to themselves as FORMER boylovers, former drunkards, former murderers, or former sodomites. It seems that many on this board want to talk a religious talk and maintain their current, present, anti-Christian lives and activities. This is clearly incompatable with the one true Gospel that saves sinners. You cannot "channel your boylove to do God's will" as you state. It is His will that you stop loving boys and come to the light of the Gospel, repenting of your vile sins. He sent His Son to die for you and doesn't want anyone to die in their sins. But if you choose to continue in your sins you will find that you will pay a horrible price for rejecting the Son of God and His free offer of salvation. What is most sad is that boylovers are not going to go to Hell for their boyloving sins. They will go to Hell for rejecting the Gospel and loving their pederasty more than they love Jesus. I will judge boyerlovers, since you are misapplying Scripture to warn me not to judge. I am not a boylover. I am able to confidently state that God will not let non-repentant boylovers into Heaven. Such people are not only not going to be saved, they are often deluded into quasi-religious fantasies that they can be "christians" when they are really guilty of a vile, wicked, God-denying sin. Andy, do you know what the penalty for boyloving was in the Old Testament Law for God's people? |
