Well, just got back from taking my nephew (7 years old) to see the new Star Wars movie. We had a ball. We stuffed ourselves with popcorn and soda, most of the popcorn wound up on the floor I think as we were to interested in the movie to watch where the popcorn was going. It's a great movie and I highly suggest to take any YF you may have to see it. Jake Lloyd plays the young Anakin Skywalker, who becomes Darth Vader in the later movies. You may remember Jake Lloyd from the movie "Jingle all the Way". He is a great actor and cute as a button to boot. I thought he was especially cute when he was making that face while attempting to regain power in the speeder. Those who have seen it know what I am talking about, those who haven't, look for it. Anyway, just wanted to share the latest great experience with my nephew. He is my buddy and the closest I have to a son, so I tend to spoil him on a regular basis. (To the dismay of my sister, his mother). |
