Hi Don, I doubt that I could add anything to the good advise these folks have already given you but perhaps I can offer something by way of encouragement. It's too bad that more kids don't have such a friend as you, Don. God bless you for being such a good(and probably much needed) friend to that very special boy. I pray that God will give you the strength and wisdom you will need to help him. Remember that prayer is a powerfull tool and God WILL answer your prayers. God knows just what your YF needs and I'm sure that you are at the top of that list. Try to be patient and open to your friend (and with God as well) and I'm sure that, in time, his depression will leave him. You are in my prayers, brother. Your brother in Christ, Chris |
