In my humble opinion, you should stop praying the Lord's Prayer. Use that time to look deep inside of you for the roots of your actions and desires. Pray for guidance in that effort. Once you locate roots, pray for the ability to comprehend it (God created light an the darkness could not comprehend it - wow, sure expands our concept of comprehend). Once you have comprehended it, pray in earnest for an avenue where you can apply your love and desires in a manner that glorifies God and is beneficial to the teens you would love. I will also keep you in my thoughts. |
