30's not so bad

Hi Tedd, I remember the weeks approaching my 30th birthday: depression, another (bad milestone). But waking up the day I was 30 was the same as any other: just another day older. Just one day older. In experiencing it, it made no real difference to me. I'd just gotten another day older - like I'd been doing since the day I was conceived. When it comes, Happy Birthday! Many happy returns!
