Jesus Lover asked below: Is boylove okay according to the Bible?

Jesus Lover asked about boylove in general, aside from the issue of sex.

I take as my starting point the passage in Matthew that is quoted at the end of the CBF FAQ (linked below). Whether or not that passage refers to a boylover, I think there's no question, from what the Gospels as a whole say, how Jesus would have treated boylovers. I see no indication in the Gospels that Jesus would have condemned people purely for sexual feelings they had not chosen, though it's likely that he would have judged people on whether they encouraged and nurtured the right sort of feelings and thoughts.

I think that most boylovers have plenty of feelings and thoughts that should be encouraged; in fact, I think of boylovers as being like me, a married woman who shouldn't have sexual relationships with men besides my husband. That doesn't stop me from having good relationships with my male friends; it just means I have to be watchful not to encourage any feelings or thoughts that might lead me in the wrong direction.
