I'm a non-Christian too. And I've had my share of spats here...and other places. I don't take them personally. Others are entitled to their opinions. But I know who and what I am and I'm not ashamed of either. What would you have had the Christians here do? Should they have defended you by saying that homosexuality is not wrong when they read that it is in the Bible? Should they have simply defended you because you are their friend when they knew that what you are saying is nothing but criticism of everything they believe? In truth, Jim, how can you expect to be defended by Christians when you show such an un-Christianly attitude? (That is not in reference to your sexual preferences, but in reference to your general demeanor upon this board.) It's not always easy to "turn the other cheek" but I don't think it is quite so hard as you would make it seem to be either. Love |
