Not everyone here is a Christian, and presumably not everyone here is homosexual or a boylover.

The Bible is a mix of fact and metaphor. All of the parables of Jesus, for example, are meant to teach a truth in an indirect way. These parable have to be interpreted. When the disciples of Jesus asked what a particular parable meant, Jesus explained it to them, but afterward it was asked of Jesus why this truth should be presented indirectly. Jesus expained that these truths were not for everybody to understand. For many, the parables would remain nothing more than stories.

Regarding the story of Adam and Eve. It can be read either literally or as a metaphor. You will find here - I'm sure - people subscribing to either view, and indeed to other views.

If you are interested in Moses and the Egyptians, among the best people to talk to about this are Mormons (and possibly Disney). They have an avid interest in that area.

Homosexuals: do they threaten me? No.

I hope you will continue to look in here from time to time. It's a very nice place to be.

Peace be with you
