Jim, I'm starting to think David (a.k.a. SGITNW) is mixed up with a rather freaked-out group. Some of the language he uses is typical of those who come from the extreme fringes of the fundamentalists. Often when people buy into one of these groups, they become complete fanatics and are very hard to reach. In truth, I suspect he is the one possesed by demons, but the demons are probably human. If you pressed him, he'd probably admit that in his mind the list of the Hellbound includes Catholics, Jehovah's Witnesses, Seventh Day Adventists, Jews, and anybody else who does not subscribe to the view that one must be "saved" to enter the Kingdom of God. I've never understood the level of exclusion that some sects of Christianity have, but I believe that "In my masters house, there are many rooms." Night Wolf |
