In short, no, I do not think you are possessed. The long version (for SGitNW's benefit): I do not know you personally and I do not have a strong spiritual gift of discernment, so technically I am not qualified to answer the question "are you posessed" or "is SGitNW possessed" or "is Bill Clinton possessed". Likewise, unless he knows you personally OR has a very strong spiritual gift of discernment, SGitNW is no position to say that you are possessed. To do so is Biblicly irresponsible. However, I can say this: 1. Of the people I know well in real life who are gay, not one has given me any indication of being possessed. One of them goes ot my church (and I think he has a significant other or boyfriend, but he's pretty quiet about it around church, sort of don't ask, don't tell). Being gay is not an indication of being possessed. The one person I've known in my life who I think might have been possessed was, as far as I know, a "cement-headed straight clown" (to borrow an Adamism). 2. You have given no indication of being possessed (understandably OBSESSED by this topic, maybe, possessed, no). 3. The percentage of people who are possessed is, I think, a very very low number. So, in the absence of any data, one should assume that any given individual is not possessed. And a technical note: Either SGitNW has his cause-and-effect backwards or you misquoted him. One isn't "possessed because they do something" (in your supposed case, sexual behavior), one "does something because they are possessed." To be logical, SGitNW would have to say "Jim's sexual attraction is attributable to and an indicator of his being possessed by demons" (not that I would buy it, but at least the cause-and-effect would be in the right order). The bottom line: Somebody who claims you are possessed better make a pretty good case for it, and saying you are gay is not a pretty good case. [humor mode on] Now, if SGitNW mails me video of your head spinning around and fire coming out of your eyes, I might call that a positive indicator of your being possessed :^). [end humor] I'm sorry you are having to put up with SGitNW's repetitive posts on this. I do wish he would learn some tact (come to think of it, I could use some more tact also).
