I'm not sure if you meant it this way, but this story is actually about the nature of God. God is like the boy in so many ways! Even when we mess up, even when we ignore God, or sin against him, he wants our love. God wants us back no matter what we have done to him, and he keeps loving us even when we don't deserve that love. Thanks for writing this story. It isn't often that we picture God as a beautiful young boy, yet I believe that, through understanding this boy, you understand exactly how far God is willing to go to bring you back to him.
