Hi BoyLuv4Christ, You have come to the right place. We are all journeying together to find God's will in our lives and we share our struggles with one another. God has blessed us with a special gift -- the ability to love boys more than most other people. BL also creates struggle and temptation which can lead us to make bad decisions. By forming this community we hope to be able to help one another to make good decisions and lead lives that honor God and bring joy to boys. Mentoring a boy is a wonderful experience. Sometimes we need to establish limits so that we understand what are good things to do, and what might lead us in a direction that could become harmful to the long-term relationship. I suspect that as a youth pastor you have already had many positive and interesting experiences with young people in your congregation. Perhaps as the days go by, some of the other youth workers who post here will tell you about the ways they handle these issues. God is working in us, let Him do a good work in you.
