A prayer request

Please pray for Bach's family. On Friday, his brother and sister-in-law had a baby girl, Laura Elizabeth. Laura was immediately placed on life-support because prior to and during the birth, she had somehow been deprived of oxygen for about 15 minutes. The doctors think she's able to breathe unaided now, and physically she seems to be in good shape (six pounds, four ounces at birth). They'll be keeping Laura in hospital for about two weeks for observation, in an attempt to determine how much - if any - brain damage she sustained. Dirk |
