If you take the attitude that you are defeated then you are already defeated. See each new day as a new beginning and use that beginning to work your way towards a better tomorrow. We are human beings afterall, not the "monsters" that people percieve us as being. We have feelings. We can laugh or cry, feel sad or happy. But we have to accept who we are and how we feel before we can ever percieve of ourselves as real and human beings. The decision of whether or not you are going to ever be happy with who you are rests solely in your hands. Don't be defeated before you have even begun to live. You go to church because you want an out to the problems of your life...when the only person who can ever change who you are is looking back at you from the mirror.
