Hi Chris, Thanks for such a sweet note!! :o) But .. can I be your Sister in Christ instead? lol. its quite alright for the mistaken gender, I didn't reveal it until a later post so... What you said was so sweet. Sometimes I do find myself feeling sorry for myself, and I shouldn't . I realize I have some of the most beautiful gifts a person could receive. I am loved by my family, my husband loves me, my kids love me, and there is more happiness in my life now then I ever knew as a child. But this is what I dreamed and prayed for, unconditional love. Having my kids was as close as I got to that perfect unconditional love. They will always love me, but they will go thru their spells you know, when mom doesn't allow this or that and their best friends will be more important than mom or dad, but... when it comes close to comparing a love in my life to the love my Savior has for us, I'd have to say that the love between me and my kids ranks right up there. It makes me sad to see all the hate in our world,and to know Chris that not everyone has a heart like yours or mine. How do we make a difference? Well my pastor said last nite to two new Christians... You try to make a difference w/your friends and I'll try to make a difference w/my friends. Hopefully as people see the love of Christ in all of us fellow Christians... someone will be humbled. I talk too much lol. |
