I've never been comfortable with the accepted definition of boylover at this wonderful place....as it relates to myself, anyway. I'm not gay. However, I consider myself a boylover because I have an unusually strong, even un-natural, attraction to teenage males. I consider my feelings, or compulsion, to be a God given gift that was given to me for a purpose. God needs special people on this earth to reach out to boys in a close and loving way that even some fathers of these boys don't do. So it's up to me to do it. It's my thing....even my passion....to reach out and make friends with teenage boys and use those relationships to teach them about God and a Christ-like lifestyle.

Is it possible for me to have a succesful heterosexual relationship? I think so....it hasn't happened for a variety of reasons: I don't believe in premarital sex. I'm a pilot, so I'm away from home 10 to 12 days a month. I really enjoy my lifestyle and think it would be hard for me to accept the give and take necessary for a successful relationship. I don't even see a need for a woman in my life (nothing personal). Kids?...I love kids and I've been looking into fostering or adoption. Will I someday change my mind and want a woman in my life....probably. When? It's up to God.

Read 1st Corinthians 7:8-10 and 32-34. Those words give me comfort that I'm the way I am for a reason....and I know it God's will. That's good enough for me.

So....to answer your question.....I think it is possible for a boylover to have a successful heterosexual relationship.....a straight boylover that is.
