Like many BLers, I am exclusively oriented toward boys. I feel no attraction to women or men, and I could not have a straight or gay romantic relationship. Based on talking to a few BLers, it seems that some whose orientation is similar to mine go ahead and have straight relationships because they want a family or they want to fit into society. This is true for some gay men, too. I have a friend who is an advocate for gays and who believes that doing so is a bad idea because such marriages usually break up and cause terrible hurt to both people. On the other hand, there are apparently BLers who are actually bisexual--they are oriented to boys as well as women. I even met a BLer who said he was attracted to men and women, too (but not girls). I guess that makes him trisexual! Mark |
