...why hang around a bunch of people who are going to give you lots of reasons not to be celibate? If I am Christian, why are most of my friends not Christians? If I am a boylover, why are most of my daily activities with nonboylovers? I think that we all live with 1001 contradictions, from the core beliefs of our friends to our very own value systems and lifestyles. Because as a boylover that has the same urges and feelings as my non-celibate brothers, I can understand where they are coming from; I have enough compassion and empathy to know that the decisions they make are equally difficult as the decisions I make. Each of us can make decisions for ourselves and no one else. I can not make another boylover's decision to have sex or not. I can make my own decision. Finally, if I hang out around non-celibate bls, maybe its to "evangelize"... Peace of Christ, Bach |
