Our Brothers' Keepers. Please, be one.

This Christmas and always, let us remember those among us who have been locked up for love. For a long time I wanted to write to one of my brothers in prison, but did not know how to make it happen. I guess I was also a little afraid. But then, I realized it was my moral obligation to help sustain those most persecuted during these dark times. I HAD to do it.

And now that I am doing it, I find I am rewarded beyond imagination. He is a valued friend to me at least as much as I am to him. I had thought myself a kind of boylover philanthropist, giving selflessly to one who needed it. But as it turns out I got back ten-fold what I gave. This friend of mine, who happens to be in jail, has asked that I write others asking them to become pen-pals, to him and to people like him. In the past several months, I have come to know this man very well. He is intelligent, kind, and gentle. He asks for nothing but friendship. He is a young man. And he is serving several life terms.

Please consider writing him, or to someone like him. Our brothers in prison need us, and we need them, too. Until you write you will have no idea the rewards that are possible. But I assure you: They are great.

If you think you might like to write to the prisoner I described above, please write me at the e-mail below. Though I have not been on much recently, many will know that I have been a part of the online boylove community for over two years now. Check around to make sure I'm trustworthy and all that kind of stuff. You will find that I am:
