glad ya came by....and welcome to this forum... question 1 ask Bach...he can answer that, as i do not know... 2. As a Protestant I always knew that Jesus had at least three or four brothers and possibly some sisters. A Catholic friend swears God would have never allowed Mary to conceive other than with Jesus. Who is right? Know that the bible does have an answer for this one... In Matthew 12:46-50 we find the well known passage of Jesus speaking to a crowd and there were Jesus Mother, and brothers wanting to talk with him. Jesus says who are my mother and brother. He said those who do my Fathers will are. Also in Matthew 13:55,56 when question is given to Jesus in Nazareth, Jesus town of where he grew up. The people said, Is not this the carpenter's son? is not his mother called Mary? and his brethren, James, and Joses, and Simon, and Judas? And his sisters, are they not all with us?
