Boy (12) burnt alive in God's name

Even though we are now in the 21st century the miserable toll of human victims to organised religion grows inexorably larger. Jakob Hudu (12) a moslem boy living in Kaduna, Nigeria was deemed worthy of being covered in dried grass and set alight by a Christian mob. The mob was protesting the imposition of Sharia Islamic Law in their province by the Moslem Hausa legislature. The Law itself is bloody in practise for example imposing limb amputation for crimes of theft etc. Jakob has survived the men & women of God so far. He lies covered in hideous burns in a hospital that is running out of antibiotics. Not to be outdone Muslim devotees are also on the rampage against their Christian neighbours. ancett |
