Hi Compassion, "that in the days of Jesus on earth....the samaritans were considered the cast outs of society. To become a samaritan, was the worse! Nothing lower! Today Catholicism, is considered the worse in Christian circles [at least most]. But i wonder if Jesus were here he would not go to the Catholic woman at the well. Or tell the story of the good Catholic, who stopped to help a protestant in need. Or the Catholic leper who came back and gave thanks.....need i say more." You're right. I did heard some tales about Catholics/Protestants who banded together and saved other from terrors and deaths, such as in time of Nazi Germany during the Holocaust. Or in other parts of this world. I would think Jesus would come to this Catholic woman at the well, and having a Catholic leaper to come to give thanks to Him. Then maybe He'll show them another better way for their own salvation. I guess so. For an example, He had healed a sick servant boy of a Roman Centurion soldier who was a former paganist in conversion of his faith in Him. They both happened to be subtly gay/BL couple, and He didn't said a single *peep* nor question them out of His unconditional love for them both. Sometimes we get into view that only evangelical, protestants, God will use. But he has 7,000. others who have not bowed the knee. Although, KPK i will agree their is a lot of confusion, and conflicts in the Catholic church that any one following after God would have to contend with. Well, I think someday in a near future time (Read Revelation) God will show them the way after when that... "Church" will be gone soon because of its destruction by Antichrist when he will declare himself to be a god of this world and force all to worship him as such. So, in the short i will agree to pray for her, and you, as you deal with these issues.
