I'm glad to see you made it here, Luke. For some reason, I wasn't able to post this reply beneath your message, so I decided to put it at the top of the list. You wrote, I am sorry there seems to be a preponderance of people here who feel that gay sex, as such, is entirely illegitimate. The majority of people who post here seem to be conservative evangelical Christians, and the particular fact of their orientation hasn't changed their theological opinion about homosexual behaviour. There are a few guys here who, like yourself, are in committed gay relationships. I can't think of a single instance when a regular poster has directly condemned another poster for his sexual activities. There are a few guys who post here who aren't Christians, but they're willing to put up with our silliness anyway. (Hi, Triple Q! Welcome back!) And I'm one of a few non-pedophiles who contribute to the discussion here. (Heather is another.) If you stick around, I'm sure you'll see that even when we disagree with one another, we're usually able to do so without flames and recriminations. Dirk |
