There isn't anything illegal about sending me a sig pic. Some people don't want to share information like email addresses, but I don't see it as a big security problem from my point of view. But I'm not sure I understand what is behind your question... BTW, sig pics are NOT necessary -- most people have simply been sending me passwords. I am happy to add the pics, though.
