Yes, indeed. It still shows, though, what Abraham was prepared to do for one thing or another (in this case, prove his faith/obedience - the interpretations are many). Sometimes I wonder where is the line drawn: Where does cruelty to others become devotion to God? Wish I had the answer to that one... Peace be with you Rex Infinity |
