What follows may be a little harsh - but as I'm presently confronted by a senior pastor who's made a complete mess of his care of me over the past 11 months and with whom relationship has broken down completely (no meaningful contact for 6 months as he can't cope with me), I'll admit to a degree of envy that at least you're still talking.

You disagree with your pastor on a point of theology. OK - I'm sure that almost all of us do over some point.

It's an important issue. Yes - but it is hypothetical (unless you're proposing to admit you are in a gay relationship).

He's not hearing you. Harder - but he's got his arguments, you've got yours. The core question is whether it renders your relationship intolerable. And whether it makes it impossible for you to minister in the context of the church. I get the impression you're happy enough there - be grateful and let it lie would be my answer.

In general the individualist protestant tradition of ignoring the legitimate claim to authority of the church leadership is not one of the healthiest aspects of the modern church; this is especially true when it relates to the church and minister in which we found God for ourselves; Paul talks a lot in his letters about his special relationship to his readers as a result of being the one who led them to Jesus, an element that I suspect we ignore at our peril.
