An amusing anecdote

I was attending an Orthodox Church in America parish fairly steadily a few years back, catching a ride with an Anglican nun turned Orthodox. Then a local Episcopal priest turned Orthodox, bringing most of his parish with him. The woman I was riding with wanted to try out the new parish, so we went to one of the parish's first services. I met the priest and his wife, signed up for the parish newsletter, and not long afterwords received a copy of the newsletter. It included an article written by the priest's wife. Having read it, I thought, "Hmm. This lady has some talent. She ought to be writing more than articles for her church's newsletter." Of course, it turned out she was Frederica Mathewes-Green.
