Oh man, books have been written on that! :^)

But to answer your real question, I started reading and posting here because of Bach. (I guess it's been a few years now since he told me he's a boylover.) Originally I came as one way of supporting him and some of his friends, but my participation here has kind of taken on a life of its own. I've met a few of the guys here, and look forward to meeting a few more as circumstances permit.
