Age of attraction again...

Hi Forgiven,

I would encourage you to believe that your age of attraction (as we tend to term it here) can drift upwards to 'legality'; if you work at relationships with older boys rather than the younger end of your range.

Hmm, this is our discussion point again!

I don't think this advice is right for everyone here. For those who do have adult heterosexual attraction, there's probably very little reason to cultivate any sort of older-boy homosexual attraction. Much better simply to work on redirecting the younger-boy attraction into purely honourable, non-sexual outlets. Especially for someone who is potentially going to be a father, it's important to be able to love and express physical affection to his children without any hangups. That affection should properly be almost sensual, but without being sexual in the adult sense. Then as the kids (boys and girls!) grow up, the love naturally becomes less sensual. Your approach almost sounds the opposite of this! I do think it's different for different people.

With Christian love,

Jules
